Kenton Mayson was asked a favor to watch and house a friend of a friend who was in trouble and needed to be kept safe. Autumn Freeman knew that people didn't see her for who she truly was as being a part time stripper and full time nurse. So why did it hurt so much when Kenton assumed that all she was, was a stripper and an easy one at that? She didn't clear up his assumption and continued working as a nurse while she hid out from the horror she ran from in Vegas. This version was narrated by Lidia Dornet and Sebastian York, I loved this version of the story. The story and characters weave around you and find yourself waiting in anticipation for what happens next. Definitely recommend this book and I can't wait to read more in this series.
